Many of our products are shipped directly from trusted international suppliers (including AliExpress partners), which allows us to offer a wide range of unique and affordable items.
Below is everything you need to know about shipping times, tracking, and deliveries to the UK.
1. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our suppliers typically take 1–5 working days to prepare and dispatch your items.
2. Delivery Times to the UK
Because some items ship from overseas warehouses, delivery times can vary.
Typical delivery estimates:

Standard International Shipping: 7–20 working days

Express Shipping (if available): 5–12 working days
Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take a little longer during busy seasons or due to customs delays.
3. Multiple-Item Orders
If your order contains more than one item, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and supplier locations.
This means items can arrive on different days — but at no extra cost to you.
4. Tracking Information
Most items include tracking.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Please note:

Tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch.

Some carriers only show tracking updates once the parcel reaches the UK.
5. Customs & Import Fees
For most orders, UK customers should not receive customs charges for AliExpress-sourced items due to the low value of typical products.
However, in rare cases, customs or VAT fees may apply.
If this happens, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any charges.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 working days, please contact us and we will investigate with the supplier.
Please keep in mind:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues.

Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout may lead to delays or failed deliveries.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If an item arrives damaged or appears lost:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged items.

Contact us within 30 days if you believe your parcel is lost.
We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Photos may be required for damaged items.
8. Cancellations & Changes
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
