We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we do our best to make returns and refunds as simple as possible.
Because some of our items ship directly from international suppliers (including AliExpress partners), our returns process works a little differently from typical UK retailers.
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

A full or partial refund
You will not need to return damaged or faulty items unless specifically required by the supplier.
2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
Because our items are shipped from international suppliers, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind or unwanted items.
Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.
4. Missing Items
If part of your order hasn’t arrived, it may have been sent in separate parcels from different suppliers.
If something still hasn’t arrived after 30 days, please contact us and we will investigate.
5. Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not been delivered within 30 working days of dispatch, we will contact the supplier on your behalf to confirm whether it is lost.
Once confirmed, we will offer:

6. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly by our suppliers, so we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately — we will try our best, but cannot promise the cancellation will be successful.
